Perfect! Omkar has deep knowledge of diet, various exercise techniques like weights and yoga and how the two are connected. He knows how to ramp up gradually and teaches in an easy flexible way. He is very flexible and punctual with timings which helps a lot in keeping a regular schedule. Very good !
