About Sandra
I’m a personal trainer and a professional dancer. At the moment I’m working at a studio offering 1-1 assisted stretching sessions, and PT in a gym. I have some free slots during the week, so I’m looking for more people to help with their fitness journey.
I’m a fitness enthusiast who follows an hybrid training (lifting weights and running). And as a dancer, I also work a lot on my flexibility.
