About Kabir
I recently graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in communications. I have four years of experience tutoring students in SAT and ACT prep and two years of experience helping students with essay writing and reading comprehension. I can also help with AP test prep, general college prep, college essays, and more!

I do not want to be another authority figure that students have to deal with. I've found that most students respond positively to friendly, gentle instruction rather than formal, rigid lessons. I believe that a tutor should not behave like a professor or teacher. I use a laid-back teaching style to ensure that my students feel comfortable and begin to think of our lessons as fun and interesting rather than another chore they have to suffer through. At the end of the day I just want my students to know that I am on their side.
