About Shanleigh
I have been practicing yoga for 16 years. I am a RYT200 Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher. I have been trained in yoga for neurologic disorders, and meditation for health. I work with seniors, beginners, and experienced yogis of all kinds!

I start out by identifying your needs and what you want to get out of class. I believe that yoga should be entirely accessible to each person. You are the only person that knows your body, so I will cater the class entirely to your needs to give you the best yoga experience.

Cancellations of webcam sessions must be within 2 hours of accepted time or there will be no refund. Cancellation of in-person session must be within 12 hours or there will be no refund. Changes to the session time without cancellation will be subject to a fee of $3.
