About Stella
I am a dancer and a great graduated high school student. I always loved to study and had great grades in high school in Brazil. I learned english in my youth and became fluent at the age of 14. I tutored for free all the time in high school and I have been teaching dance for 2 years now. I always had amazing grades in chemistry and biology and I’m so passionate about history and geography! Literature is also one of my favorite subjects to teach/study.

My teaching method depends a lot on the student. How the student learns better: visually? Writing? Practicing? I try to make my classes as dynamic as possible and I believe in constructing thought, not only memorizing the content. Creating a line of thought, helping the student make sense of what’s been learned. How it can apply in a real situation. Making comparisons. Repetition is also something I believe that helps the learning process.
