My name is Dan and I am a rabbi, teacher, playwright and actor who lives in Queens, New York. I have been teaching for decades and love to teach and feel that I learn as much from my students as they do from me. Hope we can learn from each other soon!

My teaching method will depend on the level of the student and upon what aspect of Hebrew the student wishes to concentrate. For Hebrew conversation, for beginners I work with simple grammar and sentences. For more advanced students, I teach ulpan style, as we just sit and talk to each other but in Hebrew. This way is immersive and helps the student become fluent quicker.
For Hebrew reading, I use a series of texts based on the student's age and competency.
