I like to keep this process of teaching a simple one. If I talk about my style of teaching, it includes real life explorations and analysis of the subject matter I am teaching about. I think these methodologies are determined partly on subject matter to be taught and partly by the nature of the learner. For a particular teaching method to be appropriate and efficient it has to be in relation with the characteristic of the learner and the type of learning it is supposed to bring about. Also, I think "to make someone learn anything", is a two way process where I elaborate anything to my student and ask them their views and opinions about the matter I am teaching about where we can have a healthy discussion. Because where there is a discussion, things automatically feed in our minds.
