About Tarik
I currently teach physical education in primary schools. Alongside this I also play football and delve into other running challenges like 5km, 10km and marathons.
I have done safeguarding training and have been mentored by top coaches and professionals which has equipped me with the knowledge to become a good coach.
Another big passion of mine is the gym and I can provide expertise on how this can help you in your sport or just if you want to stay healthy and active.

Online Training Programmes – Train Anytime, Anywhere

Standard Programme – £60/month
Perfect if you want a solid structure without breaking the bank. Choose between Functional Fitness (getting stronger and moving better) or Weight Management (losing fat, building healthy habits).
You'll get 3 workouts a week, nutrition and habit tracking.
Personalised Programme – £130/month
This one's all about you. We'll build something completely tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. Plus, you get much closer 1-to-1 support—think of me as being in your corner throughout the journey, not just checking in now and then.
Both programmes come with a 3-day free trial, so you can test things out risk-free and see if it's the right fit.
