All are welcome to experience a session with me. These sessions will consistently begin with mind-body centering and channeling breath with movement. Each class will be tailored to each students goal for the day, but the intention for each session is progression, never perfection. Whether it be a stretch, yoga, choreographed or meditative session, all movement choices will be honored.
