About Trevor
I believe the biggest thing in baseball is being confident in yourself. I don't like a cookie-cutter approach to hitting or pitching; we all move our bodies differently. I will work with each player to develop their own swing while still having the main fundamentals in baseball and constantly improving their game.

A typical lesson plan will include looking at the hitter's swing, or pitchers delivery. I will use my knowledge to break it down and then go over some drills I want them to do during the lesson and on their own time. I will also talk to the player to learn what they are thinking about and feeling during games to give them a mental advantage.
