About Matthew
I not only have experience teaching at the elementary and college level, but I have also fair amount tenor scaling educational and enablement programs within the professional sector (mostly SaaS tech start-ups). I may have been too influenced by Patch Adams as a child because I not only believe that laughter is the best medicine, but also the best teaching tool.

My lesson plans are unique and start with an empathy first instruction approach. I have taught a vast array of students: refugees, Elementary school students, elderly grandmothers. The key to my philosophy on teaching is to discover what is already known by the student and bridging the learning gaps via analogy.
