About Francesco
I am a former FIJALKAM athlete, and for several years I have been dealing with well-being in general, my MISSION is to achieve true physical, metal and economic well-being. My secret to success is to find small habits, to be repeated frequently to improve every day, performing at least 1% more every day, so that you can soon reach 100% improvement and then analyze the results and start again. My path is based primarily on doing ACTION.
