Remarks:
1. All sessions must be paid upfront - except for the first session, which is free for 30 mins.

2. Once payment is received, you have the right to choose your preferred date, time, and place for the session(s) - subject to my availability.
i) Each session should be at least 60 and at max 120 minutes long.
ii) Coverage area is within Cyberjaya
iii) Area outside Cyberjaya will be charged a transportation fee of RM1/km

3. Kindly inform your preferred schedule at least 72 hours (3 days) before the start time of each session. This is to allow me to plan my schedule ahead and also gives me an ample time to personalize your lesson plans.

4. Shall I accept your booking schedule, you agree to the following terms:
i) Rescheduling Notice: Sessions may only be rescheduled if you provide at least 48 hours (2 days) advance notice before the scheduled session time.
ii) Mutual Agreement Required: Any rescheduled date and time must be approved by both parties.
iii) Non-Compliance: If you fail to provide adequate notice or if we cannot agree on alternative arrangements, the session cannot be rescheduled. In such cases, the full session fee will be charged to your account regardless of whether you attend.

5. If I am unable to conduct the previously agreed-upon session(s), you have two options:
i) Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule the session(s) to an alternative date and time that works for both parties.
ii) Refund: You may request a full refund equivalent to the amount that would have been paid for the cancelled session(s).

NOTES:
When you book a session, I invest significant time in advance preparation to ensure you receive the highest quality learning experience tailored to your needs. This preparation includes customizing materials, reviewing your progress, planning session content, etc.

Last-minute postponements or cancellations result in:
- Loss of dedicated preparation time that cannot be recovered
- Missed opportunities to serve other students during that time slot
- Wasted resources allocated specifically for your session

To maintain fairness and acknowledge the preparation investment made on your behalf, I reserve the right to charge the full session fee when adequate notice is not provided. This compensation covers the time and effort invested in preparing for your cancelled session.

This policy ensures I can continue providing high-quality, well-prepared sessions for all students while maintaining sustainable scheduling practices.
