About Jessica
I'm an education student that has been tutoring students from Years Two through Seven in all areas since 2016, I have also worked with Senior Students to provide assessment support primarily in English and Maths A. I have worked in three different school settings, with students across a range of abilities. In my work as a pre-service teacher, and as a tutor, I've seen some wonderful results from my students and feel exceptionally proud of their work and improvements.

I believe tutoring is a time to consolidate learning, cover misconceptions and clear up confusion. Often, students need more time and support to explore concepts in deep, meaningful and hands on ways. I use my sessions to help close learning gaps and work collaboratively with students to find the areas they need support. I believe in working within the preferred learning styles of the student and using resources tailored to help achieve the students' goals for success.
