Kia ora! My name is Emma. I am a friendly, dedicated person who loves people, learning, and teaching. I love literature and languages and believe we all contain multiple “selves.” Outside of my studies I am a performance poet and musician.

I believe passion and practice are the two keys. It’s important for a student to understand why what they’re learning is important. Equally, applying knowledge is more useful than being talked at. Interaction with the subject, and repeated practice, is key.
