About Martha
Hi! I'm a civil engineering graduate from Columbia University's Class of 2021. I have tutored math and physics for K-12 for over 5 years. Currently, I am a consultant. Most recently, I worked as a TA for a Chicago Math Circles summer camp. Additionally, I have run math clubs for elementary-aged girls. These girls became more outspoken and confident in their classes after working with our group.

Math and physics are very visual subjects and for many students, the issue is that they cannot visualize and contextualize the concepts. I work with students on strategies for how to visualize different kinds of problems so that they are easier to solve.
