About Catie
As a fourth-year medical student, I really understand the importance of enjoyable, focused learning. I aim to make each lesson as high-yield as possible, whilst ensuring the content remains interesting and understandable. I have a passion for both science and teaching, and have over 50 hours of one-to-one tutoring experience. Having achieved a 9 at GCSE and A* at A level both with AQA, I have used my personal experience as well as further research to develop an in-depth understanding of the knowledge level and exam technique required to succeed with this exam board. Using this information, I adapt each lesson to best match each student’s learning style and focus not only on building their understanding and familiarity with the specification, but also on applying this knowledge in a way that ensures the highest mark possible.
