I am a final year Bachelor of Education (Primary) student at University of Queensland. I am also studying a Certificate IV in Teaching English of Speakers of Other Languages. My studies, and in particular my school placements, have been an exciting journey and I have been thoroughly looking forward to beginning my teaching career

I have previous experience as a student teacher at five schools, a Teachers Aide, working as a private tutor, planning and delivering learning support for a number of families.
During my university studies, I have primary education, which has taught me the importance of developing relationships with students, encouraging their innate curiosity and creating an inclusive, respectful, engaging and exciting space for them to work in.
