About Fred
I have always had a passion for fitness whether it’s strength training, intense fitness classes, gaining knowledge on a specific aspect of fitness or simply learning a new training technique. A large part of my experience has come from my military background where I worked closely with PTI’s (physical training instructors) gaining knowledge and learning ideas about fitness. One of my many skills is to communicate with the person that I am training effectively to ensure his or her goals are being met. That involves constant assessments, discussing possible new goals, adjusting training techniques and improving nutritional advice.
