About Matthew
I’m Matthew (concealed information) a 28 year old music producer & engineer from Manchester who is actually in the music industry.
I’ve been making music using FL Studio for over 4 years and have spent that time developing my own sound, working with artists and producers, and building my own recording studio.
I have over 1 million streams across all platforms and have worked with lots of major artists both publicly and behind the scenes. I’ve also built a strong network of people in music, both in the UK and overseas, particularly around Rap, Trap, R&B and House.
I offer lessons on music production, recording engineering, mix engineering & FL Studio. The lessons will cover much more than just making beats!
Whether you’re completely new to production or you’ve already been making music for a while, I can help you.
I also run my own studio and offer private sessions, so you can learn in a proper studio environment if you’re based in Manchester. Online sessions are available too.

Whether you’re completely new to music production or you’ve already been making music for a while, my lessons are built around helping you become a better producer.
If you’re starting from scratch, I can take you through music production & FL Studio step by step and help you understand the fundamentals of making a beat, from melodies and chords to drums, 808s, sampling and arrangement.
If you already make music, we can focus on taking your productions further. Maybe your beats don’t sound how you want them to, you struggle to finish ideas, your mixes aren’t hitting properly, or you feel like you’re making the same thing over and over. We can work directly on those areas and figure out what’s holding your music back.
I can help you learn how to:
• Use FL Studio confidently, from the basics to advanced techniques
• Make beats from scratch and develop your own sound
• Create melodies, chords, drums, 808s and basslines
• Sample, chop and manipulate sounds
• Arrange and structure full songs
• Record and work with artists
• Improve vocal production and recording quality
• Mix your tracks and get them sounding clean and professional
• Improve your workflow and finish more music
• Develop your own style and sound
Every lesson we will be working on your music, your ideas and the things you actually want to improve.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes and spent years figuring out what works, what doesn’t and how to make the production process easier and more efficient. I’ll show you the things I’ve learnt along the way, but the goal is always to help you develop your own sound.
I also run my own studio and offer private sessions, so you can learn in a proper studio environment if you’re based in Manchester. Online sessions are available too.
