I have recently completed my A levels in French and Spanish, where I developed a deep understanding and proficiency in both languages, laying a solid foundation for tutoring. As mentioned below, I have experience in tutoring both GCSE and A-level students.
Teaching French and Spanish brings me joy because I've always been fascinated by languages and cultures, and I love sharing that enthusiasm to help others learn and grow. This is why I will be studying French and Spanish at university...
Spending summers in Spain and France helped me improve my language skills which I bring to my tutoring in French and Spanish. This helps me ensure that I can effectively teach all aspects of language learning due to this first-hand experience.

I am familiar with both the AQA French and Spanish GCSE/A-level syllabus; however, I can adapt to others such as Edexcel if need be as I have done so in the past.
A lesson usually lasts for an hour.
I achieved A*'s at GCSE in French and Spanish, and I'm predicted to receive A*s in both of those on this upcoming A-level results day.
I have experience in tutoring both GCSE and A-level students.

I have a dynamic teaching style integrating interactive activities, cultural elements, and varied instructional methods to engage students actively in language learning, adapting to your pace. (If requested, I am happy to create past papers identical to those on the examination website if you have completed those already for extra practice.)
This is an opportunity where you can practice your conversation ability without the pressure of an examination in a friendly and supportive environment.
In addition, I can help you with any type of revision such as with a GCSE conversation booklet or with A-level speaking statistical/cultural facts. Equally, with writing (vocabulary+grammar+high-level phrases), listening and reading revision with different exercises.
A-level film & literature (an area that I know a lot of a-level students struggle with):
For French I tutor 'No et moi '(novel) + 'Au revoir les enfants' (film)
For Spanish I tutor 'La Casa de Bernarda Alba' (play) + 'El laberinto del fauno' (film)
Overall, I will help motivate you to perform your best in your French and/or Spanish GCSE/A-level examinations by enhancing your language abilities!
