About Axel
I am a 27 years old French student who moved to the U.K. 5 years ago. I have taught English to French students back in France and would like to offer the chance for British people to learn French and improve their grades or simply enjoy learning a new language.
I have never taught French professionally, which is why I am offering the first lesson for free since my teaching method might not work for everyone. I also want to see what works with the student before charging anything.
I have recently finished a Master of Research in Marine Biology and have a Bachelor in Geography and Countryside Management, as well as one in Marine Zoology and Conservation. This background helped me develop a strong knowledge and vocabulary in both French and English which is an asset for more advanced lessons.

My teaching method is based on the student's needs and capacities. I ask my students what they need to cover and find interesting topics to make their lessons the most enjoyable possible.
Speaking, reading and writing are covered.
I like to come up with revision worksheets that cover what we go through during the lesson, on paper or PowerPoint when pronunciation is required.
Lessons can be done online, at the student's house or in a calm environment such as the beach or a park.
