About Tom
I am an experienced project manager and chartered surveyor working in the construction industry. I have project managed a wide range projects of varying scale and complexity and apply this knowledge and experience to my lessons.
I hold a BSc(Hons) degree in Construction Project Management from the University of the West of England.

I cover all aspects of project management ranging from scheduling, budgeting and project execution to the soft skills required of a project manager including the management of conflict, team dynamics and presentation.
