About Nicholeen
My name is Nicholeen (Nicky) and I love engaging with people and helping them where I can and If I can. I am a lay counselor by profession and presently doing an online TEFL course to benefit my skills with working alongside students that are battling or who want to challenge themselves because their education is important to them. My gift is the ability to point out your strengths and for you to realize where you need to be more committed and motivated in helping you to have the willingness to want to try harder and reach your goals or better yet further your goals and also to acknowledge your victories as small as they are. To me any progress in the right direction should be celebrated as a victory

My lessons are unique since I approach each student to meet their required needs at that time and I make it fun.
The students can expect a little bit of speaking from me (as I encourage the learners to speak more) listening, writing and reading.
My goal would vary with each student or group of students depending on their level of understanding of English and I would work well with the Primary School Children and the young High School Children as well as Foreigners or Adults that battle to speak fluently.
