As a young teacher, I can relate to my students very well, making sure that I encourage them as much as possible and don't deter them from playing in any way. I make sure the students are enjoying playing and developing their passion for music as much as they are growing technically as musicians. I passed Grade 8 piano with distinction last year and am working towards my Diploma at university. I have been teaching for the past five years and have taught many students of different backgrounds, levels and ages. Typically, lessons are 30 minutes, however, this can change depending on the student's ability and focus!

Lily has a passion, not only for music, but also for conveying her love of the piano to others through her lessons which are always fully tailored to the students’ needs. She is creative, patient, understanding and encouraging and has a special talent at drawing out shyer, less confident students, such as my daughter who has gained so much from her inspired teaching methods!
