About Tayara
I have more than 4 years of experience teaching Guitar to college students, and my lessons are creative, practical, and designed to inspire students to reach their full potential. I focus on building technical skills, creativity, and confidence while making learning enjoyable.
I teach chords, fingerstyle techniques, improvisation, and songs while simplifying music theory so students can immediately apply it. Lessons also include backing tracks, recording exercises, and interactive practice to make learning fun and effective.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve helped students gain confidence, master complex songs, perform publicly, and explore their own musical style. My goal is to make every lesson personalised, motivating, and rewarding, helping students grow both as musicians and as performers.

My guitar teaching methodology emphasises creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. I encourage students to explore music freely, experiment with techniques, and create original compositions. Lessons are practical, interactive, and designed to help students develop both technical and artistic skills.
Mentorship is key in my approach. I provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help students overcome challenges and build confidence. Critical thinking is emphasised by teaching students to analyse songs, apply theory in practice, and solve musical problems independently.
Accountability ensures consistent progress. Together, we set goals, track improvements, and celebrate achievements. Lessons combine exercises, practice, and creative projects to keep students motivated and inspired.
Along with guitar, I teach music theory, improvisation, and composition. My goal is to nurture confident, creative, and independent musicians who enjoy learning and performing music.
