About Ellie
I am a tutor who likes to ensure that their students have fun whilst studying. It is essential to have a positive learning environment for children and young people to thrive in.
I am passionate about not only getting the results, but also making sure that students like to learn and find a topic interesting. There is always an element of a topic that a student will find interesting- even if they think it is the most boring subject ever.
I am devoted to developing enquiring minds and I will always help to achieve goals that students set themselves. I find that if students set their own goals, they are more likely to achieve.
I am currently studying myself, I am studying towards a Combined STEM degree (based around science.) I have A Levels in History, Biology, English Combined and General Studies. I have an AS in Religious Studies and then numerous GCSEs- all with very high grades.
If I am working with a student and they are struggling on a certain area of a subject which I am not tutoring, if I feel confident I will always help in my own time.
