Hi! My name is Akin, and I’m a passionate and dedicated 16-year-old tutor offering online tutoring in Maths, English, and Science. I am currently studying for my GCSEs, and I understand the challenges that students face when it comes to learning new concepts and preparing for exams. Clear Explanations & Step-by-Step Guidance: I break down complex concepts into bite-sized, easy-to-understand steps. I believe in building a strong foundation and reinforcing topics through practice. Homework & Review: At the end of each session, I assign manageable homework that allows students to practise what they've learned. We review the homework in the following lesson to ensure everything is understood. Use of Online Tools: I incorporate tools like digital whiteboards, interactive quizzes, and practice exercises to make learning fun and effective. Typical Length of a Lesson Each lesson lasts 60 minutes (can be adjusted based on the student's needs). Flexible scheduling: Available for 1-hour sessions or longer if needed, especially for revision periods before exams. Qualifications/Experience Tutoring Experience: I am a student leader at my school and have helped to tutor my friends and other students, offering help in Maths, English, Science as well as my options. I have experience working with GCSE-level learners. Academic Background: I am currently studying GCSEs, with excellent grades in Maths and Science. (Predicted 9's on Maths, English and Science) Friendly & Supportive: I create a positive and encouraging environment to make learning enjoyable.
