I hired Jennifer to tutor my teenager who struggles immensely with writing due to a slow processing speed. Writing was always, always a grueling, laborsome and emotionally draining activity for him (and for me in trying to assist him, truthfully) . My son really needed a tutor who would help him think outside the box and find creative and interesting ways for him to engage in writing, to maybe, possibly even enjoy it. I'm so grateful we found Jennifer! She is so incredibly patient with him, genuinely just a kind and friendly person, and clearly knows how to work with a variety of children, including neurodivergent ones. I was honestly shocked at seeing the pieces of writing that he produced after working with her for about an hour. He can actually write pretty well! And it was wonderful to read my son's work, which include a good dose of humor and wit. Her prices were very reasonable and I will undoubtedly be engaging Jennifer again soon as we circle back to developing those skills once more. Thank you!!
