About Scott
I have a passion for fitness that started in the Army where I became a Physical training instructor, in civilian life I became a well experienced trainer in Competition preparation for clients ranging from: Strength, powerlifting, bodybuilding, physique and wellness.
My passion remains with my clients who I thoroughly enjoy seeing the progress of each and every one of my clients who decide to make a change!
