I use proven methodologies and techniques (from ICF and MGSCC) grounded in Socratic style to bring clarity and to create customized and forward-action-focused solutions to the challenges that business leaders and entrepreneurs face in their workplace, such as conflict management, team alignment, communication improvement, leadership behavioral development, developing executive presence, etc. We initially spend time identifying real goals and the markers of achieving these goals. Then I create space to brainstorm, reflect, and bring forward the solutions to achieve these goals. I also act as an accountability partner with my clients to ensure that they follow through on the actions to achieve their goal. The sessions are intended for anyone who is a professional managing a team, or is a leader of a team/vertical/organization, or is an entrepreneur.
