About Kaelie

I am a qualified teacher and experienced tutor who is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I take a friendly, patient, and personalised approach to teaching, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.

I have two years of teaching experience, including teaching English as a second language in Taiwan, as well as two years of experience as a university Head Tutor. In this role, I supported students with academic writing, English language learning, and maths. I am also a Level 2 Certified Tutor through the College Reading and Learning Association.

I work with students of all ages and abilities and tailor each lesson to their individual needs. Whether a student needs additional support, wants to strengthen their skills, or is looking to challenge themselves, I aim to make every lesson engaging, productive, and confidence-building.

About the lesson

I offer personalised tutoring sessions ranging from 30–60 minutes, tailored to each student’s age, ability, learning style, and individual goals.

My approach is supportive, engaging, and student-centred. I use clear explanations, guided practice, and personalised feedback to help students build both their skills and confidence. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner, whether they need help with a specific subject, are preparing for assessments, or want to strengthen their overall academic abilities.

I have two years of experience as a teacher, including one year teaching English as a second language in Taiwan. Before becoming a teacher, I served as Head Tutor at my university for two years, supporting university students with academic writing, English language learning, and maths. I am also a Level 2 Certified Tutor through the College Reading and Learning Association.

I welcome students of all ages and abilities and aim to create a friendly, encouraging environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions and making progress.
