I am Michele, born in Italy (Milan) and moved to Sydney 5 years ago. I come from traditional Italian recipes, but I could twist them a little bit with a sparkle of Aussie taste. I have 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen and countless hours of experience cooking with my grandma!

My ideal coaching is towards new learners, elementary level and also someone who wants to improve mastering some Italian dishes. ** Public holidays surcharge 15% l Weekend surcharge 10% l No free session can be scheduled on Public Holidays or Weekends **
