About Selma
My name is Selma and I am the owner of Nisa Wellness; a health and wellness company with women in mind. I coach women online & in person through 1:1 coaching and live classes. I have a love of Pilates and it is crucial we look after our body. Pilates is a cure for many who suffer with muscle pains, weaknesses and overall tiredness. It is low impact but has overall health benefits including; reducing symptoms of weak joints, increasing energy, strength and flexibility. All my sessions focus on ensuring my clients leave feeling amazing.

I am a qualified mat Pilates instructor offering 45–60 minute classes focused on strength, flexibility, precise alignment, controlled movements, and mindful breathing. I blend traditional Pilates techniques with contemporary modifications to suit individual needs, ensuring each session is safe, effective, and tailored to your fitness goals. I guide women of all levels and ages including new and expectant mums. Please note I only work with female clients. I qualified from HFE with level 3 Mat Pilates (2021) qualification and Future Fit with Level 3 Personal Training (2020) I am also a Nutrition Adviser and advise clients the best way to fuel & feed their body to reach their goals. I look forward to working with you!
