About Elle
My name is Elle Crawford. I want to coach others to fulfil their dreams, achieve their goals and overcome any barriers blocking them from doing so.
I want learned through qualifications but also life experience as to how to become a coach at a professional level, to offer others the support, tools and techniques to get through life with a positive mindset. A mindset created by the individual over time to be able to overcome any future barriers on their own - to become their OWN coach after our journey together.
Things including personal development, stress management, anxiety management, conflict management, career concerns, positive thinking, barriers blocking goals, no specific need for a coach is ruled out unless deemed necessary and a referral to someone with the experience in that area can and will be made if willing to.
Coaching isn’t just about what I can offer it is how we can connect to give you the results you want, to leave my program or 1:1 sessions feeling like you have learned a lot and achieved goals. Ensuring you feel you have succeeded in self growth.
