About Paul
I'm a fully qualified teacher (BA, MA, PGCE) with around 25 years experience teaching English and French to individuals and both large and small groups. My most recent ESOL teaching experience was four years in Portugal. Clients included, Benfica FC, Lisbon police academy, international banks, multinational manufacturers and retailers, Portuguese judiciary etc. Beginner to advanced. Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire.

My teaching methods are broad-based, flexible and tailored towards the students' needs. In the first couple of sessions I will elaborate the teaching methods with the student(s). Are they learning for fun, work, to pass an exam, etc? What areas need working on most: written language, reading comprehension, listening, speaking? What are the students' learning styles?
