I do my best to link lessons not only with what is being taught within the current classroom environment but also with the students specific interests. I find students work best when their learning is applied to things they enjoy. I go for a try and fail, try again and fail differently, try again and fail better, try again and succeed. It doesn't matter if you fail in the process the point is you improve each time.
