About Anneke
Hey! My name is Anneke and I'll be so honoured to be your Afrikaans Language tutor. As you might have noticed on my profile, I do not hold a degree in Teaching, but I am a native Afrikaans speaker and therefore use my passion and prior experience to ensure that you excel in your lessons.
I see it as my privilege, and my joy and delight to share its beauty with friends from all over the world that I have come to meet in this beautiful, multi-cultural, big, and bold city of Johannesburg.
My style during lessons are professional but inviting with an informal-fun twist, where you will feel at ease to learn how and when you’re ready.
I will make it exciting for you, encourage you, give you confidence, and teach you Afrikaans in the most joyful way possible.

Being fluent in both English and Afrikaans, I merge traditional with contemporary teaching techniques to form an engaging learning process.
