About Ursula
I have spent 35 years working in Human Resources in large and small companies in the UK. I have three adult children (and a dog) and have been hosting language students of all ages from all over the world in my home for the past 15 years and love it! I find it easy to build relationships and connection. My aim is to increase fluency by having a relaxed approach and encouraging dialogue and conversation. I believe in a partnership approach and will discuss how much/little correction is appropriate at the beginning in order to improve fluency.

I begin by getting to know my students and their goals. I tailor our conversations based on goals/age/interests. My aim is to improve fluency by creating a relaxed environment and speaking about a range of subjects of interest to my students and also which we might both connect with and therefore enjoy together.
I have been hosting language students from all over the world in my home for the past 15 years and love it. My language students are usually adults but I also have a number of online students from Eastern Europe who I have weekly lessons with.
