My teaching method:
1- Find out what tipe of learner you are teaching (eg. Little slow, get topics quick, needs to see pictures, needs practical work, don't like practical work, needs songs to remember, remembers better with colours, etc)
2. Plan lessons for learner's specific needs.
3. Make each lesson enjoyable and memorable, no matter how much trouble and time and sweat and tears and laughs it takes.
4. Never, EVER, start with a new topic if learner does not grasp current topic.
5. ALWAYS LISTEN TO LEARNER.
