About Steve
I have been teaching English for more than twenty years and have been specialising in Cambridge exams since 2012. I have a broad knowledge of all the skills needed to be an effective reader, listener, writer and speaker, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the structures and lexical patterns which enable students to attain enough fluency to feel confident and approach their exams with the right mindset.

I primarily base my teaching in the communicative approach, and from that, I enhance that with both grammatical and lexical suggestions which suit the target level. Grammar and vocabulary are incorporated into topic based lessons which include practice of the four skills, speaking, reading, listening and writing.
