Adapting each lesson to the students' needs whether its content comprehension, exam techniques, practicing exam questions, or memorisation. I can change my teaching style according to what each student best finds affective as I know everyone learns differently. My favourite way is by visualising large texts through diagrams and summarising information to be able to recall content effectively.
