About Manifest

Hi! I’m Nadine, a passionate gardener and student of the Earth. I offer personalized gardening lessons rooted in sustainability, healing, and holistic living. Whether you're brand new to growing or looking to deepen your skills, I create a safe and supportive space to help you grow confidently—physically, spiritually, and intentionally. I hold a certification in Greenhouse Management from the University of Arkansas and am currently earning a degree focused on sustainable agriculture, business, and Ayurvedic practices. My approach blends academic knowledge with hands-on experience and ancestral wisdom. I believe gardening is not just about plants—it’s about reconnecting with the land, yourself, and the natural rhythms of life. Lessons can cover topics like starting a garden from scratch, organic soil building, growing herbs for medicine, companion planting, seed saving, and creating low-cost, sustainable growing systems. We’ll also explore your personal goals, space, and available time so you can build a garden that truly fits your lifestyle. What makes me different: I infuse each lesson with mindfulness, cultural respect, and purpose. My goal is not only to help you grow food or herbs, but to empower you with the tools and confidence to become your own healer and gardener of abundance. Let’s co-create your dream garden, one seed at a time.

About the lesson

My gardening lessons are personalized, practical, and beginner-friendly — designed to help you connect with the Earth while learning how to grow your own food, herbs, and healing plants. Each session is tailored to your unique goals, space, and skill level. Whether you’re working with a backyard, balcony, or windowsill, I’ll guide you step-by-step to build a garden that fits your lifestyle. Topics we can explore include: • Organic gardening basics • Starting from seed • Soil health & composting • Container gardening • Herb growing for healing & wellness • Seasonal planting • Sustainable, low-cost techniques • Mindful & intuitive gardening practices Lessons are virtual or can be in-person (if local) and paced to match your learning style. I combine science-based knowledge with holistic wisdom so you feel grounded, confident, and connected every step of the way. You don’t need fancy tools or a green thumb to begin — just curiosity and a love for nature Let’s plant the seeds for something meaningful, together.

I recommend Manifest to teach her classes, as I have known her her whole life, and know how in touch she is with nature. She grew up mostly with a small family garden then went on to get a certification from the University of Arkansas in Greenhouse Management. She has almost completed a Bachelor's degree in Crop Management, Herbal growing and Ayurvedic Healing. She has the ability to patiently explain tasks simply and with eloquence. She has also written books on herbs and gardening, so knows her topic well.

Manifest is very dedicated to her field; and shows a strong commitment to excellence, growth and integrity.

I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn more about gardening for health from beginners to intermediates.
