About Matt
I have been involved in music from a young ages. I was encouraged to pursue a music career by my mother as she is a piano teacher. I have three grade 8 qualifications in clarinet, piano and vocal studies. The learning of these instruments led me to studying music at degree level in Canterbury. Obtaining a first class honours degree led to my current postgraduate study at Trinity Laban majoring in vocal performance. I have performed in a number of settings both as a soloist an ensemble member which has given me valuable experience to pass on to any budding performers. I have returned positive results for written work throughout my studies and have helped others to achieve the feedback they deserve via a peer mentoring scheme at university and tutoring at home.
