About Kelly
I have 18 years' teaching experience, teaching both GCSEs and A Levels, my focus is on empowering students to reach their full potential. Whether you want support with content and exam technique or want to boost your grade for university, I have the experience to help you achieve this. I have been an examiner for A Level and feel this skill gives me the edge when supporting students through the examination process. Most students know the content but struggle with showing this subject knowledge in the written answers, which then reflects lower in mock grades and assessments. I am able to go through this with you, showing you how to put your knowledge down as well as ensuring any content gaps are filled, to allow you to reach their full potential.

My sessions focus on empowering students to transform academic challenges into breakthroughs. By focusing on foundational understanding rather than just rote memorisation, I help learners build the confidence needed to excel across all subjects. Every session is bespoke, ensuring that as clarity grows, so does the student’s ambition and success.
Lesson format:
Sessions are typically 1 hour but can be extended to 2 hours if needed.
Before the lesson:
Please email me the topic you'd like help with, this will allow me to prepare in advance. It’s also helpful if you can share any relevant areas or materials you’re struggling with as we can then review these together to help with understanding and confidence.
What I offer:

I also offer Crash Courses if needed
I am a PGCE qualified teacher of 18 years and have been tutoring for just as long.
Sessions are aimed at students in KS4 and KS5 (Years 9 - 13), however, I am happy to help outside of this age range.
