About Amy
I am a fully qualified, experienced biology teacher and tutor and I love helping students in the tutor setting, that is, one to one. I love seeing the lightbulb moments and being with you along your learning journey. It's really an honour. I love answering complicated questions and showing you how you can improve so you get satisfaction from biology.

In addition, I have helped many students achieve their goals with individualised, personal tutoring. Every session we have is based on where you are now and how you like to learn. I prepare each session afresh for each unique student. Whether you're aiming for top grades or building your confidence in biology, I can guide you every step of the way. You will feel supported, listened to, understood and have teaching that recognises you as the most important person in the session! This is the thing I love most about tutoring, the personalised touch, which can sometimes get lost in a big classroom with on average 30 students!
