About Muhammad
As a Year 11 student predicted a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and biology, with a consistent record of achieving Grade 9 in school maths and science assessments throughout secondary school, I understand the GCSE curriculum and the areas students commonly find challenging. Many students in my year came to me for help before maths or science tests and found the information I gave very helpful, pushing their grades up. I believe this shows that my main priority is being a helpful person to students and watching them improve.

I offer engaging 1-hour maths lessons for students in Years 7–11, tailored to each student's ability and goals.
My teaching focuses on building genuine understanding rather than memorising methods. I use step-by-step explanations, guided practice, worked examples, and exam-style questions to develop confidence and problem-solving skills. I adapt lessons to each student, identify knowledge gaps, and use regular retrieval practice and targeted feedback to reinforce learning and improve long-term retention.
Lessons are patient, and interactive, encouraging questions to be asked any time. Whether a student wants to strengthen the basics, improve class performance, or prepare for GCSE exams, I aim to help them with any problems and will always try to make sure it gets solved.
