About Claire
I am a practising senior psychological well-being practitioner who works with people presenting with mild to moderate anxiety and depression using low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy. Previous to this I have worked on mental health acute wards, adult community mental health team and a crisis team. I have extensive experience in the mental health field and it is something which I am very passionate about.
I am tutoring as I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with other people. I am hoping (when appropriate and ensuring compliance to the national curriculum) that I can bring my mental health experience into lessons.

I am currently a Senior Psychological Well-being Practitioner with extensive experience of working in mental health services and when appropriate can bring this experience into lessons.
