Richard has helped me understand various computer tools and techniques. He is direct and calm, and he doesn't belittle or make you feel like you should know something already. Richard clearly explains technology and computer skills from the standard to the advanced. He is also skilled in VR development and works with me to develop program ideas for my counselling clients.

Rick is able to patiently explain complex ideas in a variety of ways. He thoroughly understands technology having training in AR/ VR and as an electronics technician to learn about computers inside n out.
