About Nicole
I'm a board-certified Genetic/Genomic Counsellor with a PhD (Mol. Pathology, Stellenbosch University) that focussed on breast cancer diagnostics and an MSc (Med) in Genetic Counselling (University of Cape Town) with published research on advanced exome/genome sequencing technologies. I love teaching and mentoring because it enables me to make a difference in student's lives which goes far beyond knowledge. I aim to inspire, support, mentor, discover and share experiences though mutual interactions with my students.
